Technical Lead IT Architecture - 10974648

You will work closely with Requirement Owners, Domain Architects, IT engineers, and application authorities to ensure solutions meet functional, non-functional, security, resilience, and enterprise architecture requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and realization of end-to-end architecture solutions from inception through deployment.
• Act as the link between Enterprise Architecture, IT engineering teams, and application authorities.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and domain target architectures.
• Lead and contribute to large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
• Develop and promote reusable solution patterns and architecture building blocks.
• Contribute to domain target architectures and technology roadmaps.
• Provide pragmatic architectural recommendations for complex, cross-functional challenges.
• Support both high-level architecture activities and detailed technical implementation challenges.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in IT software delivery and engineering practices.

• 15+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Strong experience as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience designing and deploying critical transactional systems within large and complex organizations.
• Strong IBM Mainframe experience.
• Experience with Java and/or Windows .NET development stacks.
• Good knowledge of Azure Cloud, APIs, integration mechanisms, and data technologies.
• Experience with Linux and Java development environments.
• Strong understanding of architectural analysis and solution design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple systems, functions, locations, and organizations.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical and actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
