Manager Digital Health

Lead the technology direction and delivery of digital health initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions that improve patient and clinical outcomes. Core responsibilities - Define and execute the digital health technology roadmap aligned to business and clinical priorities. - Manage end-to-end delivery of digital products and platforms, from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with clinical, product, engineering, data, security, and compliance stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements. - Oversee vendor selection, integration planning, and third-party technology performance. - Ensure interoperability and integration with health systems (e.g., EHR/EMR), APIs, and data platforms. - Establish governance for architecture, documentation, quality, release management, and incident response. - Monitor KPIs, reliability, and user feedback to drive measurable improvements and adoption. Required skills and qualifications -

Experience leading technology programs or product delivery in digital health, healthcare IT, or regulated environments. - Strong knowledge of software delivery practices (Agile), SDLC, and modern cloud-based architectures. - Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance expectations (e.g., HIPAA/GDPR or local equivalents). - Integration expertise, including APIs and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g….
