Data Specialist

For our client, Unilever Nederland B.V. , we are looking for a Data Specialist in Customer Operations Europe . Profile As a Product Data Specialist within Customer Operations Europe at Unilever, you play a pivotal role in developing end-to-end European Product Data Management (EPDM). You ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data across the portfolio, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, R&D, and IT. Within the EPDM team, specialists operate across three areas of expertise: material data, end-to-end data, and data flow. As an end-to-end specialist, you manage the full data flow from source to customers and consumers, taking ownership of data integrity, data governance, and KPI performance. You will have the opportunity to rotate across these expertise groups over time.

Ensuring product data accuracy, completeness, and synchronisation with global standards such as GS1 GDSN and other product data interfaces; - Establishing and maintaining data governance policies, overseeing master data creation and maintenance, and driving regulatory compliance across local and international requirements; - Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to data management processes, monitoring innovations, and supporting markets with operational capacity challenges.
