This role comes with a contract of two years and can be performed from our Berlin office, hybrid, or remotely from any location within Germany, with two office days per month. Your responsibilities include:

• Data Visualization: You merge HR data from different sources and visualize them in digital dashboards, as well as implement custom applications for our stakeholders.
• As the deputy application owner of our People analytics tool Visier you support the further development and refinement of analyses, considering different requirements using the opportunities given by Visier and new technologies / IT systems.Data Analysis: You analyze structural data and interpret trends to gain insights, draw conclusions, and create scenarios.
• Collaboration: You work closely with service recipients to translate questions into analytical problems, using research methods and visualization techniques to generate insights.
• Communication: You communicate and fine-tune your results in a target group-oriented manner, advising our global internal partners in the BASF Group and understanding their needs.
• Innovation: You drive forward automation and efficiency initiatives in your area of responsibility, collaborating with specialists across units.

• university degree in economics, social sciences, or a comparable field
• experience in using visualization and automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate) or Visier, as well as SAP (module HCM, SAP BI, R)
• advanced handling of MS Office standard applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• strong analytical thinking and a target- and result-oriented approach to tasks
• reliable and structured way of working, with a high degree of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• excellent communication skills in English; German skills are a plus

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 48.000 - 52.000€, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company’s success as well as individual performance
• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
