Job description

• Architect and design solutions using Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Apply Salesforce’s Well-Architected Framework and conduct platform health assessments
• Support Secure Application Development Lifecycle (SADLC) and 24/7 high-availability system operations
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and drive system integrations

Requirements

• Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years hands-on experience + 2-3 Active Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Architect cert preferred)
• Core Technical Stack: 5+ years experience in SQL, Java, and Web Services Development
• CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience designing pipelines-as-code, branching strategies, and automated code/testing workflows
• Requirements & Design: 5+ years translating business and technical requirements into scalable enterprise solutions
• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to both non-technical stakeholders and dev teams, * Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
• Work Authorization: Must be eligible for permanent direct hire without requiring visa sponsorship
