The project involves moderating meetings, overseeing agile artifacts, and consulting on comprehensive agile processes within the project. The project also includes optimizing cross-team processes and ensuring effective communication channels.Services Required:Moderation of agile meetings (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives).Implementation and consulting of agile processes.Monitoring and maintaining the status of agile artifacts (Scrum Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Product Increment).Facilitation of

the “definition of done” and processes for achieving goals.Advisory support and facilitation of agile processes within the project team.Documentation of obstacles in the Impediment Backlog and optimizing cross-team processes.Consulting on business process analysis and modeling.Project Details: Location: Frankfurt am Main, GermanyService Provision: Onshore service provision from Germany, with a potential for up to 20% on-site service after consultation. Services outside the EU are generally not planned.Technical Must Have Requirements:Experience:Min. 5 years of professional experience in an agile project environment, particularly in software development.Professional experience as a Scrum Master in an agile IT environment.Experience with developer platforms and tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD).Experience in the energy industry or similar regulatory environments is a plus.Project experience within the 16.7 Hz traction current range including knowledge of regulatory processes (BNetzA) is advantageous.Skills:Certification as Scrum Master (e.g., PSM I, PSM II, CSM).Strong methodological competence in agile working methods and process models.Very good communication and moderation skills.Knowledge of business process analysis and modeling.Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and CSPO certification is a plus.Knowledge of the energy industry and related regulatory processes is desirable.
