Ecommerce Specialist

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, managing Amazon and Shopify platforms, and supporting the launch and growth of the UK and European online business., * Take ownership of the company’s day-to-day e-commerce operations

• Manage and continuously improve Amazon and Shopify platforms
• Maintain online product listings, content, pricing and marketplace performance
• Handle customer support, including order enquiries, questions and returns, across Amazon and the D2C site.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and customer experience
• Support the launch and continued growth of the UK and European online business
• Liaise with external partners and service providers and support related documentation as these needs arise during the start-up phase
• Undertake a wide variety of evolving responsibilities as the business develops

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on e-commerce experience, particularly with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and/or Shopify, and be comfortable working in a fast-changing start-up environment., * 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and/or Shopify

• Strong practical knowledge of e-commerce operations is essential
• Experience launching, establishing or developing e-commerce operations would be highly advantageous
• Experience working within a start-up or newly established subsidiary is preferred
• Business level English is must, and business level of German and/or French
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership in an evolving environment
• Able to make informed decisions independently and adapt to changing business needs
• Flexible, resilient and open to taking on new responsibilities as the business grows
