QA Automation EngineerBarcelona (On-Site)Approx.€400/dayContractWe’re partnering with a global consultancy delivering a major enterprise programme for a leading international healthcare organisation in Barcelona.They’re looking for aQA Automation Engineerto take ownership of automation quality across a modern digital platform.This is an on-site role working in a fast-paced Agile environment, supporting multiple feature streams and ensuring quality is embedded from refinement through to release.What You’ll Be DoingDesigning and implementing automated tests acrossAPI, integration, and end-to-end layersTesting modernReact SPAapplications within API-driven architecturesValidatingREST APIs(request/response contracts, authentication flows, error handling, backend & external integrations)Building and maintaining scalable automation frameworksIntegrating automation intoCI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)for early defect detection and regression coverageValidating complex user journeys and ensuring frontend/backend data consistencyDebugging across frontend, backend, and environment layers using logs, network analysis, and automation diagnosticsContributing to test strategy, risk identification, and release readiness within Agile ceremonies?
