Salesforce Product Owner

As Salesforce Product Owner, you will manage the Salesforce product roadmap and work closely with business, technology and delivery teams.

You will understand business needs, prioritise improvements and make sure Salesforce solutions are delivered effectively. You will also act as the link between stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team., The key responsibilities for the Salesforce Product Owner will include:

-Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap.

-Manage and prioritise the Salesforce product backlog.

-Gather and understand business requirements.

-Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

-Work with Salesforce administrators, developers and implementation partners.

-Collaborate with teams across the SaaS business.

-Support testing, releases and user adoption.

-Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce products and processes.

-Help ensure Salesforce supports business growth and customer needs.

-Communicate priorities, progress and key decisions to stakeholders.

-Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

-A customer-focused and practical approach to product delivery., Experience working as a Salesforce Product Owner or in a similar Salesforce-focused role., Salesforce certifications as a must.
