You’ll be a confident people leader with strong stakeholder management skills, a solid understanding of enterprise systems, integrations and data governance, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Oracle Retail would be highly advantageous, as would experience supporting legacy systems through large-scale transformation programmes.
