IT Requirements Analysis Engineer - Overseas Graduate

1. Conduct internal system requirement research and analysis of feedback, conduct feasibility studies on requirements, and prepare research reports, requirement specifications, and project solutions.
2. Design prototypes for system functions and interfaces, proficiently using tools such as Axure.
3. Monitor various processes in the requirement management, maintain close collaboration with external business and internal development teams to ensure the progress and quality of requirement implementation.
4. Follow up on the implementation progress of each requirement, be responsible for the implementation of the solution, and ensure that the solution complies with the product planning path.
5. Actively conduct requirement interviews with users, analyze the current situation, and plan future solutions.

1. Proficient in demand research methods, with strong ability in analyzing and designing business processes and business models;
2. Good at controlling demands;
3. Rich communication experience, able to quickly grasp the core points of demands;
4. Strong customer service awareness, strong logical analysis ability and strong problem analysis ability;
5. Strong sense of responsibility at work, with strong ability to withstand pressure;
6. Excellent written and oral expression skills in English/Japanese, enabling smooth communication with customers in English/Japanese regions.
