Job description

We are TecAlliance - founded by more than 30 automotive aftermarket companies as a neutral Data?as?a?Service market connector, serving as the neutral data terrain that interconnects them.With over 1,000 employees worldwide and customers in 140 countries, we enable the market - we never compete with it.Join us in our Tenerife office as a Software Developer (m/f/d) to create and enhance technology solutions that support the company’s strategic goals and evolving business needs.Through the delivery of effective and sustainable software products, you will directly contribute to improving user experience, increasing productivity, and enabling business growth.This is a full time position with 40 hours of work per week.You’ll be working at our Santa Cruz de Tenerife office at least 1-2 days per week, while working the other days remotely, in agreement with your team.Main Tasks: Develop and maintain software solutions and components.Analyze business and technical requirements.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Test and debug software solutions.Resolve software defects and technical issues.Participate in code reviews and team collaboration.Support system performance and reliability improvements.Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent vocational training or practical experience.Experience in software development within Agile environments.Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions and components.Exposure to working with modern development tools, version control systems, and software design principles.Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.Experience solving technical challenges and delivering scalable, reliable software products.Fluent English language skills (B2 level or higher) are mandatory, Spanish language would be a plus.Technical Skills: About 5 years of hands-on software development and coding experience .Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS , including developing, deploying, and/or operating cloud-based applications and services.Strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages/frameworks: C#, Java, Go, Python, or Angular .Experience with additional languages or frameworks is an advantage but can be developed on the job.Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms .Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices .Good understanding of software design, architecture, and design patterns .Experience with version control systems , particularly Git.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills .Practical experience working in Agile development environments .Knowledge of software testing, automated testing, and code quality practices .Experience applying good engineering practices to build maintainable, scalable, and reliable software solutions .We kindly ask you to apply with an English CV only.Thank you.Benefits: Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.Our travel policy allows for expense reimbursement, ensuring you can explore the world without stressing over your wallet.

Requirements
