M365 Technical Architect

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering customer-facing Microsoft 365 projects and wants to take ownership of end-to-end migrations, technical design and solution delivery.

You’ll be working with a variety of SMB and mid-market customers, helping them modernise their Microsoft environments through migration, transformation and optimisation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects
• Designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions for customers
• Delivering tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations
• Migrating on-premises environments to Microsoft 365
• Running technical workshops and customer discovery sessions
• Producing technical designs and implementation documentation
• Acting as the senior technical lead on customer engagements
• Supporting governance, security and best practice across Microsoft 365 environments

• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive for Business
• Microsoft Purview
• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• PowerShell

Most importantly, you’ll have proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration projects, particularly tenant-to-tenant migrations, ideally within SMB or mid-market environments.

Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner, MSP or consultancy would be highly advantageous.
