Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant

The role will focus on designing and building complex planning models, supporting the delivery and optimisation of Adaptive Planning solutions, and working closely with both technical and business stakeholders., * Design, build and support complex Workday Adaptive Planning models, particularly around workforce planning

• Work closely with Finance, HR and Technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solutions
• Support the deployment, configuration and optimisation of Workday Adaptive Planning
• Apply strong knowledge of financial planning, processes and analytics
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Contribute to delivery across the full project lifecycle, including Agile environments
• Drive continuous improvement across planning models and processes

• 5+ years’ experience deploying or supporting Workday Adaptive Planning
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and Finance processes, principles and analytics
• Proven experience designing and building complex workforce planning models
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

This is a 3 to 6 month contract with remote working.
