Support Engineer - Mtp

Experteer Overview As a Support Engineer - MTP, you will work with the engineering team to develop new applications and enhance existing ones, delivering value to customers and the business.You’ll install machine tool probes on-site, train users, provide technical support, and develop software demonstrations while managing support cases in CRM.This role combines hands-on installation, programming knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration in a global, innovation-driven environment.You will travel within Spain and Portugal (and occasionally the UK) and contribute to a leading multinational’s growth and precision technology mission.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Install machine tool probes at customer sites * Provide technical training to customers * Deliver technical support and assistance to customers * Develop applications and perform software demonstrations * Manage technical support cases and CRM reporting Responsabilidades * Technical Engineering degree or equivalent * CFGS in Mechatronics, Mechanics or Electronics * Experience installing machine tool probes * Knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain and Siemens controls * Knowledge of PLC programming and machine parameters (advantage) * Native Spanish, fluent English; Portuguese desirable * Willingness to travel frequently within Spain and Portugal, occasional UK travel * Independent, results-oriented, customer-focused, proactive and detail-oriented Requisitos principales * Permanent contract * Company car * Discretionary annual bonus * Training initiatives * Long-term professional development * Referral program
