Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred - candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher will be given priority.
Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience across technology services, development, analytics, data services, or enterprise systems IS REQUIRED. (Managing direct reports - Project/Program or team lead management in not applicable).
Five or more years leading managers and multi-functional technology organizations required
Experience overseeing data platforms, application development, analytics, reporting services, technology operations, or related functions.
Demonstrated success driving organizational transformation, service modernization, operational excellence, and strategic change.
Experience developing technology roadmaps, organizational strategies, and investment plans.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, software licensing, and technology investments.
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, business partnership, and strategic planning skills.
Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or Epic-related environments preferred; experience in another large scale EHR systems will be considered.
