Digital SAP Manager (Finance)

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital SAP Manager-Finance to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions as part of our Digital Transformation journey. This role is responsible for aligning SAP capabilities with business goals across sales, finance, planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. The manager will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable, integrated solutions aligned with enterprise digital strategy., SAP System Management:

• Own and lead the process design, configuration, build, test, and integration of the SAP Finance value stream.
• Manage integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and external systems.
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Successfully implement SAP on-time and within budget.

Project Leadership:

• Drive SAP Finance workstream and provide thought leadership, best practices, and subject matter expertise.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement.
• Manage external consultants and vendors as needed.

Business Process Optimization:

• Analyze current financial processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Apply industry leading best practices and detail global standard templates for the implementation and long-term growth.
• Implement best practices in financial reporting, controlling, and compliance.

Manufacturing Finance Operations:

• Manage financial processes related to production costing, inventory management, and fixed asset accounting.
• Collaborate with plant controllers and operations teams to align SAP functionality with shop floor realities.
• Ensure accurate cost center accounting and product costing for manufacturing lines.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Digital, and other business units.
• Collaborate and communicate with business stakeholders, understand business requirements and provide deep SAP S4 Functional expertise.
• Provide training and support to end-users and ensure high adoption of SAP tools.

Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure SAP systems support internal controls and regulatory compliance (e.g., JSOX, IFRS).
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all SAP Finance processes., The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. At least 7 years SAP with 3+ years in lead Finance role, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, * 7+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in leading SAP Finance GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling., * Proven track record of leading SAP projects and managing cross-functional teams.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross functional digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA RISE implementation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• SAP certification is a plus.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, BPC, and Treasury modules.
• Experience working in multi plant, multi country SAP landscapes.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
