Chatbot Refining Backlogs Usability Operations Management Automation User Story Communication User Feedback Prioritization Acceptance Testing Business Valuation Software Development User Experience (UX) Full Stack Development Digital Transformation Dealing With Ambiguity Functional Requirement Discussion Facilitation Business Transformation Requirements Elicitation Artificial Intelligence Product Management, * Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Airport Experience technology products, translating operational needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution requirements.

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to define problems, clarify requirements, identify dependencies, and ensure initiatives are ready for development.
• Support AI product development by translating business use cases into well-defined requirements, including expected outcomes, data needs, business rules, user experience, and success criteria.
• Support the ongoing refinement and management of product backlogs, helping evaluate new requests, identify gaps, and prepare work for prioritization and delivery.
• Support UAT and solution validation, including validating AI-powered experiences for accuracy, relevance, usability, and alignment with the intended business need.
• Analyze user feedback, product performance, and operational pain points to identify trends and recommend opportunities for product and AI capability improvements.
• Serve as a key liaison between Airport Operations, Product, and Engineering teams, proactively communicating requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, and changes throughout the product lifecycle., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. We’re seeking a Business Analyst who has 3+ years of experience in a large enterprise IT team to supporting enterprise platforms. This role will partner closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, refine features, and ensure initiatives are ready for development., * 3+ years of Business Analyst experience on complex apps/web apps or large enterprise platforms

• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience participating in UAT and release activities
• Ability to facilitate conversations between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience conducting requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Experience with backlog management and refinement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Experience supporting software development teams through the SDLC
• Bonus: Exposure to AI, chatbots, automation initiatives, or digital transformation projects
