Balantia busca un/a Data Analyst / BI para liderar la evolución del ecosistema de datos, reporting y gobierno del dato.Diseñar dashboards y asegurar calidad y uso de datos en la organización, trabajando con Power BI y Microsoft Fabric.La persona reportará al CDTO y colaborará con Data Architect y negocio, transformando datos en información accionable y manteniendo KPIs, diccionario de datos y trazabilidad.Se valora experiencia en modelos semánticos y pipelines ETL/ELT.#J-*****-Ljbffr
