Workday HCM Compensation Lead

· Functional area lead responsible for design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Compensation functional areas for higher education/government client.

· Role provides functional knowledge of Workday, demonstrates software features to clients, documents requirements and design decisions, provides knowledge transfer to the client team, configures the software, and supports testing and rollout.

· Responsible for functional support team members as required.

Expected Deliverable(s): User Stories; End-to-End testing scenarios; End-to-End testing results; input into the cutover plan

· Workday HCM Compensation Certified

· Role requires prior Workday experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Workday HCM Advanced Compensation Certified
• Experience with ERP transformations in Higher Education
