Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to serve as a strategic technology partner for critical business functions across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing technology roadmaps, optimizing enterprise applications, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency, collaboration, and business performance.

  • Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Opportunity to lead strategic technology initiatives across the organization., * Serve as the primary technology partner for key business stakeholders and functional leaders.
  • Develop and execute technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance data quality, and leverage technology to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Lead the ongoing support, stability, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support future business needs.
  • Drive technology transformation initiatives and manage solution delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Establish strong vendor relationships and oversee third-party technology partners.
  • Promote best practices related to application management, process optimization, governance, and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or technology-focused business functions.
  • Experience developing technology roadmaps and driving business process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, and technology delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with digital transformation, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies is preferred.
