Drive root-cause analysis, integration fixes, data reconciliation, and cross-functional team coordination to resolve complex benefits and payroll issues across enterprise systems.
Requirements
- 6+ Years: Business process project management
- 3+ Years: Large-scale project leadership
- 2+ Years: ERP implementation (specifically Workday HCM / Benefits)
- Certifications: Active PMP or CAPM
- Methodologies & Tools: SDLC, Jira, MS Project, or Asana
- Core Competencies: Issue triage, data reconciliation, vendor management, risk escalation, and executive reporting
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
