Experteer Overview In this role, you guide bespoke customer demand through Vodafone IoT Technology, aligning requirements with cross-functional teams to deliver viable solutions.You translate client needs into clear delivery tasks, balancing customization with standard capabilities, while overseeing risk, budget, and governance.You’ll work with Solution Architects to shape scope and execution plans, ensuring timely, cohesive delivery from intake to handover.This position offers meaningful impact shaping customer outcomes within a global, inclusive tech environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Act as the technology owner for bespoke customer demand, capturing and routing requests to the proper delivery path - Coordinate interfaces among Customer Operations, Solution Architects, Product Management, and Delivery teams to shape requirements and impacts - Own and drive the Technology impact assessment process and translate requirements into delivery tasks - Manage the customer solutions backlog with visibility on status, risks, and delivery dates - Oversee delivery of bespoke solutions including governance alignment, readiness, testing, and transition to support - Support bid, pre-sales, and planning with technology input, estimates, risks, and capacity considerations - Align bespoke demand with standard product/platform capabilities and identify standardisation opportunities - Ensure solutions meet security, data privacy, resilience, and operational support requirements and drive process improvementsResponsabilidades - Experience managing customer-led technology demand in telecoms/IoT/tech environments - Understanding of how Solution Architecture, Product Management and Delivery interact across complex solutions - Knowledge of IoT products, platforms, connectivity, APIs, reporting, provisioning, and support models - Ability to translate requirements into practical delivery tasks without deep architectural responsibility - Strong delivery management skills including planning, RAID, dependencies, stakeholder coordination, governance reporting - University degree or equivalent professional experience in technology/telecoms/delivery/customer solutions - Experience delivering technology change in telecoms/IoT/enterprise tech - Experience leading cross-functional delivery involving architecture, engineering, operations, product and customer teams - Agile product/delivery experience (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or equivalent tools - Strong written and spoken EnglishRequisitos principales - Hybrid work model (Office: Madrid) - Bonus on top of gross salary - Meal voucher - Flexible hours - Summer schedule July-August - Up to 20 days remote per year from other locations’,’Private Health and Life Insurance’,’25 vacation days + holidays off”,”Optional Pension Plan”,”Online learning platform
