Experteer Overview As part of Grifols’ Analytics u**amp; Reporting team, you will maintain and enhance data systems to support Compliance and transform data into actionable insights.You’ll work with IT and business stakeholders to implement data projects, ensuring data integrity and timely regulatory reporting.The role blends operations, implementation, and communication, offering exposure to cross-functional teams and governance practices.This is a chance to impact decision-making with robust BI capabilities and scalable data solutions.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Maintain and evolve BI and data systems supporting Compliance activities - Administer dashboards and reporting models in Power BI with accuracy and consistency - Ensure data integrity, availability, and timely internal/regulatory reporting - Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes - Document and maintain automated data ingestion and transformation workflows - Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate new data sources - Manage data- and reporting-related incidents to minimize operational impact - Publish and govern reports with appropriate access controls and row-level security - Translate technical outputs for non-technical stakeholders - Maintain data catalogs and documentation to support Data Governance practicesResponsabilidades - University degree - 2 to 5 years of proven experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles - Advanced English for international environments - Proven knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - High autonomy and proactivity with strong delivery standards - Effective communication and collaboration skillsRequisitos principales -
