to send their clients to papernest.Agencies’ agents can register clients and initiate contracts through this app.Functionally, the team’s goal is to increase the percentage of agents handling contracts for their own clients.Technically, they own the app?pro specific data model covering agents, agencies, and payments.You will cover various areas like automation of billing processes, data management and integration with many internal and external systems.As a Senior backend developer, you will be responsible of:Take ownership of the product from a technical standpointWork closely with dev, product, QA, and other teams across EuropeChallenge product requirements and anticipate technical difficultiesTake initiative in proposing technical solutionsEnsure state-of-the-art design and implementation with respect to the global architecture of the platformTake part in a roadmap planning and take ownership of it’s deliveryDevelop features ensuring unit and integration test coverageEnsure that delivered features work perfectly from integration to productionParticipate in code reviewsHelp in continuous improvements of team practicesAbility to strategically step back to enhance deployment frequency, reduce the number of bugs introduced and shorten the “lead time for changes”Actively take part in knowledge sharing, mentoring of more junior developers and fair employee evaluationOur technical stackBackend: Python, Django, FastAPI, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, Event-driven architecture (EventBridge + SQS)Frontend: TypeScript, Angular, Next.js, Vue,
