Your Impact as a UX Designer Together with your team, you contribute to the continuity and value creation of digital solutions, focusing specifically on customer solutions in the financial sector. You immerse yourself in financial processes, user needs, and business objectives, translating them into intuitive and valuable user experiences. The role of UX is rapidly evolving due to the rise of AI. Whereas the profession previously focused heavily on designing screens and interactions, the emphasis is increasingly shifting toward understanding users, processes, and business challenges. AI is becoming increasingly capable of supporting the creation of prototypes, designs, and content. This makes your ability to understand context, ask the right questions, and bridge the gap between business and technology more important than ever. Industry and client knowledge What sets you apart is your ability to really immerse yourself in the customer: their business model, their challenges, their playing field. Your industry and customer knowledge enables you to ask the right questions and verify developments in the domain with customers. You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do, but take the initiative yourself. You don’t just ask questions, you come up with proposals. • You have professional experience with several of the following skills:
• Agile / Scrum
• Human-centered design
• User Research
• Figma
• Design Systems
• You have experience in the financial services domain;
• You have knowledge of financial processes and systems, or a proven interest in deepening your understanding of them;
• You are a conceptual thinker: you can translate complex information into a clear and compelling story;
• You recognize that the value of UX is increasingly moving beyond visual design and toward user research, analysis, domain knowledge, and strategic decision-making;
• You see the connections between user needs, business goals, and technological possibilities and know how to weave them into a logical narrative;
• You know how to persuade and advise stakeholders;
• You work independently and proactively bring ideas to improve our solutions;
• You understand the technical possibilities of web and mobile technologies;
• You have a broad interest in people and society, and how technology will shape the future;
• You test your work and build prototypes to bring ideas to life;
• You have a portfolio that shows your passion for the craft.
