  • Support production readiness, deployment planning and technical assurance activities.
  • Facilitate technical workshops and communicate architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct design and code reviews while managing technical debt and technical risks.
  • Support estimation, delivery planning, dependency management and governance activities.

Essential skills and experience

  • Experience designing and implementing REST API integrations, services and connectors.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience designing secure Pega solutions including authentication, authorisation and role-based or attribute-based access controls.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimisation, monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Pega DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and enterprise deployment models.
  • Experience delivering within Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to lead multiple development teams and provide architecture governance across workstreams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and technical leadership skills.
