Data Insight Manager

We’re partnering with a leading field marketing and retail solutions business to recruit an experienced Insight Manager who can turn complex data into actionable insights, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape strategic direction. This is an opportunity to move beyond reporting and become a trusted advisor to both clients and leadership teams.

The Opportunity

You’ll be at the heart of the business, using data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, measure ROI, and deliver recommendations that drive performance and growth. You’ll also lead and develop an Insights team while working closely with clients and senior decision-makers., Deliver commercially focused insights that influence business decisions Build compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid, or similar tools Analyse performance, forecast outcomes, and measure ROI Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to solve business challenges Lead data and insight projects from concept through implementation Develop and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and insight professionals

Proven experience in Insights, Analytics, BI, or Data Strategy Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Advanced Excel and reporting capability Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid, or similar visualisation tools Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations Previous people management experience
