Power Platform Technical Lead

We’re seeking an experienced Power Platform Technical Lead to join a major programme within a secure environment., * Lead the design, development and delivery of Power Platform solutions

• Act as the technical lead across Power Apps, Dataverse and Copilot Studio

• Design scalable data models and application architectures

• Lead workshops and requirements discussions with senior stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Provide technical leadership, governance and best practice guidance

• Mentor developers and support successful project delivery

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong Power Platform development expertise combined with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, shape solutions and translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes. The successful candidate will have extensive experience developing Power Apps solutions, particularly Canvas Apps, with a strong understanding of Dataverse and data modelling. You’ll also bring practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and be comfortable leading technical discussions across both business and technology teams., * Strong Power Apps development experience, particularly Canvas Apps

• Strong understanding of Dataverse and data modelling

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Experience developing custom functionality using HTML, JavaScript and related web technologies

• Proven experience leading technical design and solution delivery

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language

• Strong stakeholder management and senior engagement experience

• Experience leading workshops and influencing solution direction

• Previous experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, Solution Architect or similar role

• Active SC Clearance

• Active NPPV3 Clearance

Desirable:

• Dynamics 365 experience

• Azure services and integrations

• Power Platform governance and Centre of Excellence (CoE) experience

• Previous experience delivering within policing or law enforcement environments
