UX Designer - 12m FTC

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualise design concepts and user flows, iterating based on feedback and user testing.
• Utilise design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across projects.
• Implement responsive and adaptive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to produce engaging high-quality digital content for various platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, and emails.
• Ensure designs are effectively communicated and implemented in collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
• Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in all design work.
• Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers and developers across the organisation to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
• Participate in design retrospectives, connect with peers globally, and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.

• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and demonstrable experience, 5+ years.
• Proficiency in graphic design and UX software, including Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to create, visualise and present user journeys through site maps and diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

We manage campaign origination, design, production and execution., In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
