Job description

We’re looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join a growing technology team and take ownership of delivering a range of IT projects., You’ll work closely with technical teams, clients, suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating IT projects from initiation through to delivery.
  • Maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs and project documentation.
  • Coordinating technical teams, stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
  • Tracking risks, issues, dependencies, actions and project milestones.
  • Preparing project updates and reports for stakeholders.
  • Supporting requirements gathering, change management, testing and implementation.
  • Ensuring effective project governance and communication throughout delivery.

Requirements

This is an ideal opportunity for an IT Project Manager, Junior Project Manager or IT Project Coordinator with 1-2+ years’ experience managing or coordinating IT projects, who is ready to develop their career and take on greater responsibility., We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in IT project management or project coordination.
  • Experience working on technology or IT projects.
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with project plans, RAID logs and project reporting.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, structured approach to problem solving.
  • Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.
