You will work closely with academic and administrative teams to provide timely and accurate information for reporting, monitoring, and compliance purposes., * Managing and maintaining school databases, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Producing reports and data analysis for school leadership, staff, and governors.
- Supporting assessment and tracking systems, including inputting and monitoring student data.
- Assisting with admissions, timetabling, and exam-related data management.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR.
- Providing training and guidance to staff on data systems and procedures.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of data management systems and processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in data management, administration, or a school environment.
- Strong knowledge of database systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
