Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences that impact millions of users?We’re looking for aSenior UX Designerto join an international team working on large-scale eCommerce and digital product initiatives.This is a fantastic opportunity to shape customer journeys, influence product decisions, and contribute to the evolution of global design standards across multiple markets.What You’ll DoDesign and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across discovery, consideration, purchase, and post-purchase experiences.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences.Contribute to the evolution of Design Systems and reusable UI patterns.Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and drive user-centered innovation.Use customer insights, analytics, and experimentation results to improve user experiences and business outcomes.What We’re Looking For8+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or UX/UI Design.Strong background designing customer-facing digital products within eCommerce, marketplace, retail, or digital-first companies.Proven experience delivering scalable products and experiences used by large audiences.Advanced expertise in Figma.Strong UX and UI design capabilities.Experience with Design Systems and responsive/mobile-first design.Ability to demonstrate measurable impact on conversion, engagement, revenue, or digital adoption.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in complex environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to HaveExperience in multi-country or global digital ecosystems.Knowledge of localization and international user experiences.Experience with analytics platforms, CRO initiatives, and A/B testing.Marketplace or multi-sided platform experience.If you’re passionate about combining great user experiences with real business impact, we’d love to hear from you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
