Job description

  • Designing, operating, and continuously improving the engineering toolchain to support the full software and system lifecycle-from requirements management to testing and release.
  • Integrating and automating systems and tools (e.g., GitLab Runners, Azure DevOps Build Agents, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and test environments) to create seamless and efficient workflows.
  • Collaborating closely with development teams to understand their needs and translate them into scalable DevOps platform solutions.Ensuring quality, traceability, and compliance across the toolchain while driving standardization and engineering best practices., * Learning and development opportunities for professional and personal growth

Requirements

  • Experience in DevOps, software engineering, or engineering toolchain management, with an interest in working at the intersection of technology, processes, and collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of automation, scripting, and system integrations (e.g., APIs and CI/CD pipelines), combined with a passion for solving complex technical challenges. Experience with technologies such as C#/.NET, Python, PowerShell, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible is considered an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and a strong interest in improving engineering productivity and development workflows.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and drive continuous improvement in a structured environment.
