SAP Sourcing & Procurement Functional Consultant - S/4HANA Full-timeAbout our partner On behalf of our partnerC&A , we are looking for the best talent to join rindus.C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe.We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters inDüsseldorf (Germany) , you will work in a distributed team from our office inMálaga (Spain)or from home.What you’ll be doing This role will play a key part in the design and delivery of Sourcing & Procurement capabilities within an S/4HANA implementation, working closely with Sourcing, Procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders and supported by System Integrator (SI) counterparts responsible for configuration and technical delivery.This role is focused on modern S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement capabilities and best practices, with strong emphasis on process harmonization, contract management, pricing, supplier collaboration, and close interaction with cross-functional partners across the enterprise.S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement Solution OwnershipAct as an in-house functional consultant for SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, coordinating with the Sourcing & Procurement Lead, with a focus on Purchase Contracts, Pricing, and SAP Business Network integration.Own the end-to-end functional design of sourcing processes within the S2P lifecycle.Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the System Integrator.Review and approve procurement configuration, enhancements, and functional designs.Cross-Functional Integration & CollaborationCollaborate closely with Master Data management teams to ensure alignment of procurement-relevant master data (e.g., business partners, materials, purchasing info records, conditions).Collaborate with Finance teams where required to ensure integration for pricing, release strategies, and other design elements (without owning finance processes).Ensure end-to-end business process integration across Sourcing & Procurement and operational functions.Business & Stakeholder EngagementSupport the SAP Sourcing & Procurement Lead as contact for Sourcing leadership and teams.Facilitate workshops on sourcing processes, contract management, supplier collaboration, and pricing frameworks.Advise stakeholders on S/4HANA capabilities such as SAP Business Network and standard procurement functionality.System Integrator CollaborationWork closely with SI consultants to ensure quality functional delivery.Review configuration rationale, RICEFW objects, and integration scenarios.Challenge non-standard or overly complex designs.Testing, Cutover & Go-Live SupportDefine and support end-to-end testing, including cross-functional process validation.Support cutover activities related to Sourcing & Procurement.Provide go-live and hypercare support.Integration & Landscape DesignSupport integration across an S/4HANA-centric landscape with multiple partner non-SAP systems.Contribute to harmonized sourcing and cross-functional process design.Ensure robust integration with SAP Business Network.Post-Go-Live & Continuous ImprovementAct as functional owner of S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.Manage enhancements and contribute to cross-functional roadmap initiatives.What you’ll bring5+ years of experience as an SAP Sourcing & Procurement Functional Consultant.Participation in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.Strong S/4HANA Procurement and cross-functional integration knowledge.Deep expertise in Purchase Contracts, Pricing, and SAP Business Network.Experience integrating non-SAP supplier collaboration platforms is a plus.Nice to have:SAP S/4HANA Procurement or Ariba certifications.Experience in multi-entity or global environments.Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.What we offerBeing part of a dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals.Flexible working model: You can choose the work model that fits your lifestyle (At office, hybrid or full remote).23 holiday days.Private health insurance from day 1.Gym Sponsorship.English and German language classes.A young and ambitious team that knows when to work but also when to have fun (Pizza day, Summer event, Padel Tournaments, etc).#J-*****-Ljbffr

5+ years of experience as an SAP Sourcing & Procurement Functional Consultant. Participation in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation. Strong S/4HANA Procurement and cross-functional integration knowledge. Deep expertise in Purchase Contracts, Pricing, and SAP Business Network. Experience integrating non-SAP supplier collaboration platforms is a plus. Nice to have: SAP S/4HANA Procurement or Ariba certifications. Experience in multi-entity or global environments.
