AI Solutions Engineer/ AI Enablement Engineer

As an AI Solutions Engineer or AI Enablement Engineer (m/f/d), you will help bring practical AI innovation into the heart of our ecommerce and business operations. You will work closely with business, data and platform teams to discover high-value opportunities, shape smart AI solutions and turn ideas into prototypes that can create real impact for our teams and customers. About the tech stack: You will work with a modern data and AI ecosystem, including Azure Databricks. Python, RAG, vector databases, Kubernetes, ChatGPT, Claude and other LLMs, and different workflow automation tools to design, prototype and scale practical AI solutions across the business., About your tasks:

• You will partner with business teams to identify high-value AI use cases across company functions, translating business needs into clear solution ideas.
• You will design and build AI-powered solutions using large language models, AI assistants, APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents and workflow automation.
• You will collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to connect AI solutions to trusted enterprise data and enable scalable use through Azure Databricks capabilities.
• You will rapidly build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate business value, technical feasibility and user experience before moving solutions closer to production.
• You will support change management and user adoption, helping stakeholders understand, test and successfully use new AI-enabled workflows.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, AI engineering, data engineering, or a related technical field.
• You bring hands-on experience in Generative AI solution design, prompt engineering and LLM application development.
• You are confident working with Python, AI agents and workflow automation tools as well as modern data platforms such as Azure Databricks.
• You enjoy turning complex business processes into practical AI solutions and feel comfortable facilitating conversations with different stakeholders.
• You care about building AI solutions that are useful, reliable and adopted by real users - not just impressive in a demo.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
