Type: REMOTELocation: Anywhere from SPAINMust have : English comms, OPERA PMS experience, Hotel IndustryDeployment Project Coordinator (EAME)Coordinate end?to?end hotel technology deployments for Hotel Collection properties across the EAME region.This role manages day?to?day project execution, aligns activities to program standards, and partners with hotel teams, corporate stakeholders, vendors, and regional deployment groups to ensure smooth implementation from kickoff through hypercare.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate hotel tech deployments from initiation to hypercare.Lead kickoff meetings, define timelines, roles, and expectations.Maintain project plans and coordinate configuration, onboarding, testing, training, cutover, and go?live.Facilitate cross?functional collaboration with hotel leadership, corporate teams, vendors, and partners.Qualifications3+ years in project coordination or project management, ideally inhotel tech deployments.Opera Cloud PMS experiencestrongly preferred.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.Experienceworking with hotel operations, leadership, vendors, and corporate teams.Strong planning, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to coordinate cross?functional teams without direct authority.Experience withSmartsheet or similar PM tools.Comfortable working across time zones; willingness to travel for deployments.Hotel operations experience is a must
