Senior Software Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Senior Go Engineer on the Workato Genie team, you will build mission-critical features for the platform, including AI chatbot dispatching and reliable AI execution.You will design gateways, routing components, and server-side infra for logging and monitoring to support scalable, highly available systems.You’ll collaborate across Infra/SRE and AI teams to deliver high-performance, user-centric features and participate in the full development lifecycle to drive innovation in enterprise AI.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Build high-performance gateways and routing components * Develop server-side infrastructure for logging and monitoring * Collaborate with Infra and SRE to ensure high availability and scalability * Partner with the AI team to design features for a new AI assistant * Contribute across all phases of the development lifecycle * Write well-designed, testable, efficient code * Evaluate and propose improvements to the existing system * Support continuous improvement by exploring alternatives and technologies for architectural review Responsabilidades * BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject * 8+ years of industry experience * Strong experience with Go language at backend (4+ years) * Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and social skills * Understanding of building blocks of large web applications: databases, load balancers, application servers, messaging, caching, monitoring * Experience with building and scaling distributed, highly available systems * Ruby on Rails experience is a plus * Open-source contributions are a plus * Basic knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and configuration Requisitos principales *
