Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist

Job Description We are looking for a Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist to join our team.In this role, you won’t just check compliance boxes; you will be the cornerstone that ensures our systems, networks, and projects are both highly secure and compliant with international standards.Whether your background is in pure InfoSec or solid systems and network administration, if you have a passion for securing environments and managing risks, we want to meet you!Key ResponsibilitiesSecure the Foundation: Maintain and improve our ISMS in alignment with global frameworks (or equivalent practical experience).Hands?on Hardening: Define and review technical security controls (network security, system hardening, and DR/BCP plans).Risk Management: Perform gap analyses and maturity diagnostics to protect company assets.Secure by Design: Partner with IT and Network teams to embed Zero Trust principles into new projects.Audits & Compliance: Actively participate in internal/external audits and compliance reviews (ISO **, NIS2, ENS).Culture & Awareness: Help develop cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives for internal teams.What We Are Looking ForBackground: A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field.Experience: Solid experience in Cybersecurity or IT (Systems Administration, Network Engineering, etc.).Transferable technical skills are highly valued.Security Mindset: Familiarity with framework implementation (ISO **, NIS2, ENS, or similar).Project & Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage technical tasks or projects autonomously, with a proactive, solution?oriented approach.Languages: Full Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.Nice-to-HavesIndustry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or ISO *** Lead Auditor.Experience with GRC, Risk Methodologies (Magerit, EBIOS) or regulatory standards (CCN-STIC).Knowledge of French.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Equal Opportunity Employer Airbus is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.We welcome applications irrespective of social and cultural background, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief.Airbus is, and always has been, committed to equal opportunities for all.As such, we will never ask for any monetary exchange in the frame of a recruitment process.#J-***-Ljbffr
