Traveling Senior Security Systems Integrator

• Lead installation, integration, testing, programming, and commissioning of enterprise security systems

• Install and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom, cabling, controllers, card readers, IP cameras, and related equipment

• Configure and validate security hardware, servers, workstations, and network-connected devices

• Program system databases, access permissions, alarms, schedules, controllers, and device logic

• Integrate access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and communication systems with customer IT infrastructure

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, cabling, and device-level issues both remotely and onsite

• Serve as the onsite Lead Technician for security implementation projects

• Mentor, train, and supervise junior technicians and field personnel

• Conduct system verification, testing, customer demonstrations, and project closeout activities

• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with electronic security systems and low-voltage installations

• 5+ years of experience programming and commissioning enterprise security systems

• Experience with:

• Hirsch/Identiv Access Control

• Bosch CCTV

• Bosch Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)

• Commend Intercom Systems

• Aiphone Intercom Systems

• Strong understanding of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, networking, and systems integration

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications

• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IP addressing, VLANs, switches, and network troubleshooting

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance

Willingness to travel up to 85% * Manufacturer certifications in Hirsch/Identiv, Bosch CCTV, Bosch IDS, Commend, Aiphone, or similar platforms

• Fiber optic experience and certifications

• Networking certifications or advanced networking experience

• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications, and databases

• Experience with project scheduling, labor projections, reporting, and inventory control

• Previous experience as a Lead Technician, Site Lead, Foreman, or senior technical representative on enterprise security projects
