One of the companies we work with at Joppy, which specialises in developing cloud-based software solutions usingArtificial Intelligence (AI)andthe Internet of Things (IoT) , whose main focus is on helping businesses managesustainability and regulatory complianceandoperational efficiency , is looking for FULL STACK DEVELOPERS to join the team.Working arrangements:HYBRID in Madrid (3 days a week in the office).As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Business Partner Transparency (BPT) within our company HUB.We provide Supplier intelligence that goes beyond helping businesses ensure compliance with ESG regulations.We enable companies to unify transparency, compliance, and efficiency across their value chain.Our HUB is a modern, enterprise-grade development platform that enables businesses to build powerful applications without worrying about infrastructure, scaling, or failover.You’ll help develop and refine this cutting-edge, serverless ecosystem while delivering meaningful solutions for international clients.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize full-stack features using modern back-end technologies, ensuring scalability and maintainability.You’ll use Node.JS and TypeScript on the backend, and React.JS on the frontend.Develop and enhance innovative software solutions that automate complex compliance workflows for businesses of all sizes.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in small, agile squads (4-6 people) to define, refine, and implement features.Ensure high-quality, secure, and efficient code through rigorous reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices.Own the architecture and design of Typescript based solutions, optimizing for performance, reliability, and user experience.Contribute to technical strategy and decision-making, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements.Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team.Your ExperienceStrong experience (ideally 4+ years) in full-stack development, using Node.JS / TypeScript and React.JS.Experience in startups, SAAS or product companies.(MANDATORY)Hands?on experience leveraging AI?guided development practices and collaborating within agentic, AI?driven engineering environments.Expertise in web services development and integration (REST etc).Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.Strong product mindset - you think beyond code, considering user experience, business impact, and scalability.Agile experience - comfortable working in sprints, participating in stand?ups, and iterating quickly.Excellent communication skills (C1 or equivalent) in English.German and/or Spanish skills are a plus, (but not necessary).A purpose-driven mission tackling complex sustainability challenges while working alongside global industry pioneers at a fast-growing unicorn company.Room for creativity through collaborative teamwork and an open communication culture.Flexibility and team bonding with our hybrid work options.Sustainable mobility options, promoting eco-friendly commuting solutions.Fun team events and outings with our global teams.#J-*****-Ljbffr
