Network Support Engineer

Configure, monitor, and maintain TAOps site network infrastructure

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues

Respond to outages and ensure rapid restoration of service

Work with a geographically distributed cross-functional team to design, implement, and

support TA network operations

Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies

Document all network changes and procedures

5+ years of experience in network engineering

Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, BGP, routing, switching,

and DNS

Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Exposure to network design, network infrastructure installations/upgrades and fault

finding.

Experience configuring and troubleshooting BGP routing protocols.

Experience with BGP Traffic Engineering.

Exposure to Carrier/NSP grade routers - Juniper MX, Cisco CSR, NCS, Arista and SDN.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 Networks.

Understanding of Data Security and encryption solutions - PKI/IPSec is desirable.

Experience managing Access Control Lists.

Experience configuring equipment including switches and This includes 802.1q VLANS.

Troubleshooting skills across Layers 1 - 7

Familiarity with Cloud Network Architecture, deployment and Operations.

Understanding of virtualisation products and Network automation

Excellent understanding of switched network implementation and best practices.

Good understanding of Unix/Linux command line

Effective Communication and Influencing

Experience with changing and Improving network designs

Problem-solving skills and can-do thinking

Managing a Quality Service with little or no supervision

Mandatory Skills: Cloud Network Admin .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
