Software Engineer

You’ll build and operate production full-stack features that power AI-driven healthcare communication, working closely with product, design, and senior engineers to turn real customer needs into shipped software. What you’ll be doing

• Build and operate production full-stack features across AI-driven healthcare workflows
• Integrate with EHRs, legacy healthcare systems, and real-time voice infrastructure
• Partner with product, design, and senior engineers to ship customer-facing software
• Debug and improve reliability, performance, and scalability across live systems
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices

Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, * Work on category-defining healthcare AI that completes real workflows, not just answers calls

• Join a team with strong traction and momentum against established competitors
• Own meaningful production features that directly affect how patients and providers connect
• Early-stage scope and pace with room to make a visible impact

• 2 to 6 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
• A track record of taking production software from an early idea to launch, with real end-to-end ownership
• Strong core engineering skills, ideally across a modern full-stack setup (Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL are a plus)
• A product mindset and a strong eye for intuitive, well-designed user experiences
• A computer science degree or an equivalent technical background
• At least one clear standout signal in your background, such as a top program, a recognized VC-backed startup, a fast growth trajectory, or compelling side projects
