Platform Engineer (AI)

From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do., * Building and scaling multi-cloud ML infrastructure platforms (GCP, Nebius, selected vendors)

• Owning infrastructure, observability, reliability, and scalability
• Acting as mentors and multipliers in coding, system design, and SDLC quality
• Unblocking teams, domains, and processes through expertise and foundational contributions
• Supporting internal AI platforms across training, inference, and model infrastructure
• Optimising GPU usage, capacity planning, reservations, and workload placement strategies, * Krakow: PLN41,500 - PLN46,200 gross monthly*
• Vilnius: €7,900 - €8,800 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN41,500 - PLN46,200 gross monthly*
• Austria: €113,050 - €133,000 gross annually*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and previous experience

• A background in high-throughput, scalable distributed systems
• Impressive coding skills and confidence working with Python-based platforms
• Expertise in platform, infrastructure, or internal tooling engineering
• Knowledge of GPU infrastructure, workload orchestration, or ML platform environments
• A degree in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar technical field
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• A background in fintech or other high-volume transactional environment
• Experience in a startup or scale-up
• Open-source contributions to frameworks, libraries, or developer tooling
