Job description

This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing enterprise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform, supporting production system stability, resolving defects, improving workflows, integrating external systems, and assisting with modernization and data migration activities., Operations and Maintenance Support

  • Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of the PRiMES application.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, production defects, workflow errors, system performance concerns, and user-reported problems.
  • Implement system fixes, enhancements, configuration updates, and software improvements based on stakeholder needs.
  • Support sustainment of PRiMES modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, reporting functions, and system-triggered business logic.
  • Maintain application reliability, usability, data integrity, and system performance.
  • Support ongoing enhancement and modernization activities while ensuring continuity of operations., * Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Configure custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and CRM security models.
  • Develop CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics CRM SDK.
  • Build and maintain Power Apps to support user workflows and business processes.
  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to support automation, notifications, routing, approvals, and process efficiency.
  • Support automated notifications, workflow processes, and system-triggered business logic.
  • Ensure CRM and Power Platform solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with user requirements., * Develop and enhance custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related technologies.
  • Support application modernization and enhancement initiatives.
  • Assist with migration and transformation of existing application functionality.
  • Develop technical solutions that improve business process automation, system usability, reporting, and data quality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure application designs are practical, secure, scalable, and supportable., * Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and web services.
  • Support enterprise application integration activities involving PRiMES and related Department systems.
  • Develop and maintain integration logic, data exchange processes, and system interfaces.
  • Assist with identifying integration issues, data dependencies, and interface defects.
  • Document integration approaches, technical decisions, and support procedures., * Support SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries, and reporting queries.
  • Assist with data migration, system modernization, and application enhancement initiatives.
  • Support database-related troubleshooting, reporting support, and data validation.
  • Work with business intelligence analysts, data scientists, developers, and stakeholders to support accurate reporting and application data needs.
  • Help maintain consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of data used within PRiMES., * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify user stories, document technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager, business analysts, testers, data staff, product owner, and federal stakeholders to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
  • Identify technical risks, blockers, dependencies, and solution options during sprint execution.
  • Support release planning, enhancement prioritization, testing, and deployment readiness.

Documentation, Testing and Stakeholder Support

  • Support development and maintenance of technical documentation, system documentation, release notes, user guides, SOPs, and training materials as needed.
  • Support testing, validation, user acceptance testing, and defect tracking activities.
  • Communicate technical issues, development progress, and solution options clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with federal clients, business stakeholders, developers, programmers, system experts, analysts, and end users.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach while delivering secure, reliable, and mission-aligned technical support.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on software development experience, deep Microsoft-stack technical skills, experience supporting production applications, and the ability to work effectively with federal clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders., * Secret clearance required.

  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.
  • Strong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
  • Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients.
