This individual will work directly with project leadership and field personnel to support daily operations, material coordination, documentation, scheduling support, quality tracking, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate is an early-career construction professional who is eager to learn, enjoys working in the field, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities

• Support daily field activities and operations.
• Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
• Assist with material coordination, quality, safety, and production processes.
• Engage in project management tasks, including communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Interact comfortably with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Utilize tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera 6 in project execution.

Work Environment
