Jr Windows System Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to help keep critical systems secure, stable, and performing at their best. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can support hardware and software administration, strengthen access control, and contribute to a reliable IT environment., * Support and maintain Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.

• Perform installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting of Windows workstations and servers.
• Execute operating system upgrades, workstation refreshes, and hardware replacement projects.
• Deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot business applications and software packages.
• Create, modify, and maintain Active Directory user and computer accounts.
• Support access provisioning activities.
• Monitor and manage incident, request, and problem tickets through the ITSM platform.
• Perform ticket triage and prioritize work according to service levels.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support for hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and support procedures.

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server operating systems.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with software deployment and operating system upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
