Data Processing Tech - Highland Family Medicine

Education: B.S. or B.A. degree preferred; or equivalent experience. AAS required.

Experience: 3 years in a professional office environment; 2+ years clinical, operational, quality data collection and reporting experience. Experience with LEAN processes and/or process improvement methods highly desirable.

License/Certification Required: None

Skills: Basic MS outlook, Word and intermediate MS Excel are required. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required for interactions with patients and practice staff and telephone communication.
