As the OneFM Deployment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing new business processes within the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring that all deployment activities align with business objectives. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud will be essential as you manage the end-to-end deployment process, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and the business community, you will facilitate clear communication and ensure that user needs are accurately captured and addressed., * Lead the deployment of OneFM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Cloud.

• Analyze and design new business processes to optimize operational efficiency.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and the business community to ensure alignment of project goals.
• Participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community’s perspective throughout the deployment process.
• Manage deployment activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

To excel in this position, familiarity with deployment management methodologies and tools will be highly advantageous. Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and user analysis will help effectively translate business needs into actionable plans. Exposure to change management practices, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration will further support your success in this role. Your ability to participate in user and task analysis will ensure that the solutions delivered maintain a strong focus on the business community’s perspective, driving both adoption and satisfaction.
