Qa Manual

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with extensive experience in software testing and a strong understanding of QA methodologies.The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.This role will require hands-on testing experience, the ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and a mindset for continuous improvement in QA processes.Key Responsibilities - Execute the full software testing lifecycle, ensuring high-quality product delivery .- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web applications .- Perform a variety of testing types, including: - Performance Testing - Web Testing - Mobile Testing - Accessibility Testing - Exploratory Testing - API Testing - Security Testing - Regression Testing .- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to identify and resolve software issues .- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .- Mentor and train junior QA team members to ensure consistent testing practices and knowledge sharing .- Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and QA process improvements .- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software testing .Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in manual software testing, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting .- Strong expertise with Jira, Postman, Confluence, Selenium, Git .- Deep understanding of testing methodologies such as: - Integration Testing - System Testing - Regression Testing - Performance Testing - Security Testing - Exploratory Testing .- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues .- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies and errors .- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain defects and testing results to non-technical stakeholders .Preferred Qualifications - ISTQB Foundation Level Certification .- Experience working with Postman .- Experience with BrowserStack for cross-browser and mobile testing .- Ability to lead and mentor junior testers and establish best QA practices .

Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in manual software testing, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting .
